Provenance
The bees do like to be beside the seaside! A limited edition, rare honey variety from hives taken to the salt marshes of the North Norfolk coast where they forage on sea lavender.

Flavour Profile / Tasting Notes
This honey has an incredible, complex salted caramel flavour. Delicious.

Uses
Drizzle on yoghurt or just eat straight from the jar!

Our honeys are all single source, meaning they come from one place - this location and the name of the beekeeper is printed on every jar.

Each jar you buy supports our pollinators - giving back 2% of all sales to create wildflower meadows, a vital habitat for honey bees.

All of our honeys have antimicrobial properties also known as ‘Total Activity’.

As our honey is unprocessed, it can set over time. If it does, warm gently to reliquefy. 

Unsuitable for babies under 12 months. Store at room temperature.

Orders of £30 or more qualify for free delivery (Royal Mail Second Class).

Wow!

This is easily the best honey I've tasted for a long time! Shut your eyes and you can taste the fresh clean air, it also smells amazing.......and I don't want anyone else to buy any so I can have it all!

Like a lighter version of heather, lovely!

It’s has a flavour similar to heather on the after taste but closer to a runny honey. Great if you want something with some flavour!
